Hello, my name is Isabella. I am an 18 year old pre-med Biology major who hopes to one day soon become a pediatrician. I have a passion for kids and love being able to work with them and see them grow up. I'm looking for a job where I am not just going to be someone that's watching the kid, or kids, but someone who is going to get to know them, who is going to be a friend and helping hand not only to them, but also to the parents. I'm looking for an environment where I feel welcome and excited to get to go to work at. I have experience with children both in volunteer experiences and paid childcare. I have volunteered my time throughout middle and high school in the Preschool classrooms after school helping out with in classroom activities and with after school dismissals. During these Read more classroom activities I would assist the teachers in passing out materials and monitoring/helping the students as needed. During the after school dismissal I would watch the district employees' children in a designated classroom until their parents could arrive and in that time we would play games, watch movies, and even have some fun dance battles. During some of my paid childcare experiences I would watch children in the comfort of their own homes while their parents were out or at work. We would play games inside and outside, go on walks, do engaging and stimulating activities inside, bake, watch movies, etc.
