Elleni was the perfect fit: professional and easy-going about our quick phone interview; prompt and clear in her communication leading up to the job; timely and warm in person. My three kids (8, 5, and 4) loved her right away, were thankful that she read to them (in French, no less) and I would definitely book her again without question if I'm in town again.
