Maria’s approach to childcare is kind, knowledgeable, respectful and creative. From the start, she was responsible, communicative and punctual. She listened to our needs and goals, and then collaborated on a plan for our child. She quickly implemented learning, routines and schedules, while keeping us in the loop on what was working and what we may need to reconsider. We saw a noticeable, positive change in our child’s development. Maria is extremely attentive to a child’s needs while also promoting independence and self-confidence. She is highly knowledge and experienced with early childhood development skills and techniques. On a personal note, it was very clear that she cared deeply about the wellbeing of our child. Her kindness and loving nature helped our child develop trust in her and seeing that connection was more than we could have asked for. I would highly recommend her as a sitter or nanny!
