I am a trustworthy, nurturing, and dedicated childcare professional with extensive experience providing individualized care for infants and young children. I am passionate about creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences that support each child's developmental needs, and I enjoy incorporating crafts, play-based learning, and daily routines that encourage independence and curiosity. I care for children as if they were my own, always prioritizing their safety, emotional well-being, and growth. My childcare experience began during high school, where I volunteered at the Boys & Girls Club and later worked as a summer counselor for children in grades K-5. After returning from college, I was offered a lead teacher role in a two-year-old classroom at a daycare due to my strong background and ability to connect with young children. I was later moved to the three-year-old classroom, where my supervisor valued my hands-on teaching style and ability to engage older toddlers. This role strengthened my ability to build confidence, patience, and individualized learning strategies. While I enjoyed working with school-aged children, I found that my passion lies in early childhood and one-on-one care. In July 2024, I transitioned from daycare to a private nanny position, caring for an 11-month-old child who is now nearly two years old. I loved building a strong, trusting bond with both the child and the family, and I supported the child's development through age-appropriate activities, routines, and play. As the child prepares to transition into a school program, I am now seeking a new long-term nanny position. In addition to my nanny experience, I have worked in an infant room at a daycare, provided overnight care as a night nurse for newborns, and supported families by helping establish healthy sleep routines. I take my role very seriously and strive to give parents peace of mind through reliability, communication, and attentive care.
