Lauren came to babysit our two girls (1 and 3 years) one evening. She responded very quickly to messages and was perfectly on time. Although both girls do not speak or understand proper English (we just moved from Europe to LA), they got along ver well. The 1-year old even sat on her lap 10 minutes after she came. She had no problem making them ready for bed, and both were perfectly sleeping when we returned. We can definitively recommend her!
