Hello! My name is Ariyan Douglas. l am a 20 year old (21 in June) female. I am on my second year working at a Primrose school in Marietta, GA. I have two years of experience caring for ages 0-7 years and am a co-lead teacher for ages 20-30 months. I love working with my Primrose team however, I am looking for a more flexible schedule for my before/ after-work hobbies. I've always had a passion for caring for children, which led me to become a daycare teacher. With my experience working for Primrose, I've discovered my talent for creating an environment for children to thrive developmentally, academically, but especially emotionally. I believe in open communication with parents, providing daily written reports, pictures, videos, and regular updates. With my certificates in First Aid and CPR, I'm equipped with enforcing household rules also making sure the children are having safe, healthy, and protected fun. My diverse range in teaching includes outdoor sports, educational activities, and technology-based learning. I can comfortably care for up to three children, ranging from toddlers to preteens. My dedication extends beyond childcare, as I'm happy to assist with carpooling and light housekeeping tasks. Although I am not your childs parent, I can assure you that I will always support, love, and provide gentle caring to insist that they're getting the best treatment as if it were you.
