Aspiring elementary school teacher and a student at California State University, Chico with hands-on experience working with children ages 6 months to 5th grade. I am energetic, patient, and responsible, with a passion for creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for children. I am seeking an opportunity to gain more experience working with youth. I have experience caring for children ages 6 months to 10 years through family childcare, where I assisted with daily routines, play, and homework. I also volunteered as a camp counselor at Shady Creek Outdoor School, working with 5th graders in a group setting. These experiences helped me develop patience, communication, and leadership skills while creating a safe and positive environment for children.
