Hi! My name is Kaylee, and I’ve had a lifelong love for working with kids. As the oldest of five brothers, childcare has been a natural part of my daily life for as long as I can remember. From diaper changes and midnight feedings to homework help and backyard games, I’ve pretty much seen it all. My two youngest brothers just turned four, and I’ve been hands-on with them since birth—so I’m very comfortable caring for infants, toddlers, and young children. In fact, the newborn stage is one of my favorite phases. I love the bonding, the routine, and the joy that comes with helping a little one learn and grow each day. Beyond my family experience, I’ve also worked in a kids’ club at a gym where I was responsible for supervising children of various ages while their parents worked out. I regularly led crafts, games, story time, and creative play. I always strive to create a fun, positive environment where kids feel secure, respected, and encouraged to be themselves. I was trained in CPR, basic first aid, and emergency response (my certification has expired but I’m happy to renew it if needed), and I take the safety and well-being of every child in my care seriously. I’m calm under pressure, quick to problem-solve, and always prepared. I’m also naturally organized, punctual, and great at following routines or adjusting to the flow of your family’s day. Most importantly, I genuinely love what I do. I believe kids thrive when they feel seen, heard, and supported, and I do everything I can to provide that. Whether it’s planning fun activities, helping with homework, prepping meals, or simply being a kind and consistent presence, I’m fully committed to giving each child the care and attention they deserve.
