My husband and I were looking forward to having Kayleen watch our 2 children and found Kayleen to be very responsive and eager to get dates set on the calendar. However, the day Kayleen was supposed to arrive, there was a no call no show. My husband and I were dressed up ready to go and our children were fed, bathed, and we were all ready for Kayleen’s arrival. I reached out asking if there was an issue with the directions and no response. I got worried because Kayleen confirmed the date the day before and I thought something happened. I gave a 3 star and not a 1 star due to Kayleen’s proactive communication for the job; however, the no call no show the day of arrival sadly gets a 1 star as this was very disappointing.
