Hi there! My name is Elyse (: I love working with children because there’s something incredibly special about seeing the world through their eyes—everything is new, imaginative, and full of possibility. I find so much joy in helping children feel seen, heard, and supported as they grow into who they are. Whether it’s guiding them through a new skill, encouraging their creativity, or simply being a steady and loving presence in their daily routine, I take pride in showing up for kids in a way that helps them feel safe, confident, and celebrated. I have 7 years of professional childcare experience with newborns, infants, toddlers, preschool and school aged children. As a daycare teacher, I’ve cared for up to 8 infants (6 weeks to 11 months) at once, and 12 toddlers at once! Nannying provides a more intimate setting, but I deeply enjoy both aspects of childcare. I excel in Read more sleep training, early language stimulation, and maintaining safety standards. Particularly through my daycare experience, I have a proven track record of enhancing children's developmental milestones and fostering strong parent relationships. I am CPR and First Aid Certified and have completed innumerable TN-ELDS trainings. I love creating nurturing environments and promoting educational activities.
