As the oldest of four siblings with a big age gap, I naturally grew up helping take care of my younger siblings—and I loved it. Being around kids has always made me happy. I love how joyful and curious they are, even during the tougher moments. There’s something really special about seeing the world through their eyes and getting to be a part of their everyday adventures. I’ve been working with kids in all kinds of settings for as long as I can remember. I started out babysitting while growing up, and since then I’ve worked as a preschool teacher, a nanny, an overnight summer camp counselor, and a lifeguard. These roles have given me a lot of hands-on experience with kids of different ages, and I’ve learned how to create a fun, safe, and supportive environment wherever I am. I’m certified in CPR and First Aid, and I’m also Read more a trained lifeguard, so safety is always a top priority for me. I know beginner ASL, which is super helpful when communicating with younger kids or those who benefit from visual cues. I try to bring a calm, upbeat energy to every family I work with and really focus on building strong, trusting relationships with both kids and parents.
