Started off ok, she was pretty good with the kids. However as time went on we were cancelled on more times than I can count. We explained, based on the first month of employment, we were happy to grow into a full time position, however she was never on time and consistently had last minute conflicts where she needed to call off. Multiple times this left us in a bad position as my husband and I had work. There is no responsibility or accountability for her own actions and she is seemingly oblivious to how her actions affect others. Not character traits I’d like someone to have who is responsible for my children.

Not only did she practice safe protocols due to COVID but she made me feel comfortable with frequent updates and activities throughout the evening.
