Hi! My name is Shanicqua Langston, Ms.S for short! I am a 33 year old mommy. I have a 3yr old daughter and she is the apple of my eye! After spending a year at home with her, she started daycare where I would prepare meals and help out in the rooms when I could. My experience there for a couple of years was pretty versatile from ages (infants-4yrs). I migrated to babysitting & nanny for flexibility with my schedule as well as sticking to one of my greatest passions. I love children like they are my own. Im looking for a permanent family to help them raise their babies for some time. Im also open to helping out many different families when I am needed. A little bit about me goes back as far as my young adult years when I received my Bachelors degree from Alabama A&M in Read more Biology in 2012. Since then I have completed cosmetology school, worked in childcare, coached cheer and dance and I recently began cleansing and organizing homes in my free time. I have 12 years of experience working with different families babysitting. I have worked with a range of age groups and am flexible in providing whatever care you need! Keeping children happy and safe is my number one priority!! I make sure to keep my kids under a watchful eye at all times and always make certain they avoid dangerous situations. I love arts and crafts, yoga, outdoor adventures and coming up with creative ways to pass the time. I have coached cheerleading for 8 years total at the elementary and collegiate level. I was also a dance coach for 5 years. . Previously, I worked at La Petite Academy & Stream Childcare Academy. I spent a lot of time subbing in the infant, toddler and Pre-K rooms. Im also a babysitter with Sitter Tree. This opportunity allowed me to become more knowledgeable of developmental milestones of children. With these opportunities I’ve worked with infants up to grade school age children. I am also vaccinated & CPR certified.
