Hello, I’m Katie! I genuinely have a passion for helping the little humans learn how to BE a human. Teaching them and caring for them and watching them grow makes me immensely happy. I worked as a Sunday school teacher at two different churches, one in CA when I was 17-21, and the other in VA when I was 24-25. I worked at a private preschool for 1.5yrs in VA before moving to MD. Working on renewing my CPR/First Aid Cert. while also adding a Basic Life Support Cert. Took several online classes while at the preschool as well as completed some hours of observation training from a behavior specialist. Willing to travel and drive the kiddos places. Love pets. Have experience with nap/bedtime, potty training, food prep/feeding, diaper changes. Have not yet acquired a degree, but hope to once I can afford classes.
