Alaysia is absolutely phenomenal! She is fun, friendly, patient, kind, and engaging with kids of all ages. Our daughter (2y) warmed up to her almost instantly, and she also wonderfully handles our 2-mo old boy. She is timely, professional, does a great job communicating, and very quickly adapted to our family routines. We've been so grateful to have found her. She also is extremely helpful in providing extra support around the house, and is an amazing cook! I would highly recommend her 10-out-of-10 to anyone.
