Looking to be a live-out Nanny for a family with a baby or toddler. I just moved to Palmetto area with my family. I have worked in Childcare for 27 years! I just closed my precious preschool in WA state at the end of June. My preschool started in 2008 and my students from that year just graduated from high school this year! It has been a beautiful journey, with the privilege of serving hundreds of families! We owned 2 preschool locations for several years before 2020! Some of my past jobs have included: nannying, creating yearly toddler and preschool curriculum, Infant Director of a large daycare (40 infants and 12 teachers), Co-Director of a Hospital Daycare. I ran some international children’s programs overseas while living in Greece for 3 years. I’m the mama of 2 sweet teenage boys. The oldest just graduated high school this year, with his Associates Read more Degree. The younger is enrolled in 10th grade at a local private school. He is taking Honors English, Math and Science classes, and has his heart set on Aerospace Engineering. I have no doubt that he can do anything he sets his mind to. My life has been so fulfilling. I am qualified to nanny, and I adore children and helping these tiny humans grow and develop into beautiful people. It is my passion! This next chapter in my book will look a little different. I am looking for a nanny position with a family that has, or will soon have a new baby. I am willing to do occasional overnights and/or trips with the family if they need childcare. I am a Christian and live with integrity and honesty. I am on time and rarely ever get sick (due to working with children for over 2 decades). I want to instill the love of learning and reading in your child. I want to share the joy of art and I love outings to the zoo, gardens, parks, walks and many outdoor activities. I also love animals and hope to share these things with your precious little one! I want to stay with the same family long term. I’m also willing to care for twins. I have cared for 15 sets of twins in the past! I have cared for children with different abilities, including language delays, mild autism, physical handicaps, helping to get caught up academically, and many others! It fascinates me how quickly children learn and grow! I love being a part of this precious time in their lives. I have been CPR and First Aide certified on numerous occasions and I have a clean record! No alcohol, smoking, drugs, and not even a speeding ticket. I would love to meet you!
