Hello families! My name is Aleksandra Goncharov. I am a kind, caring, creative, and empathetic nanny and Early Childhood Educator currently pursuing my Master’s in Mindfulness. I have a strong background in Montessori and Reggio-inspired philosophy and over 20 years of experience working with young children in both classroom and private home settings. I provide individualized care for families, as well as household management and cleaning services. I also run a nanny share with several families, offering flexible scheduling and a more affordable option for high-quality childcare. I am currently looking for additional families to join! I’m also a mom of two (ages 19 and 17½), so I truly understand the needs and rhythms of family life. Qualifications:
 • BA in Early Childhood Education from Lesley University (minor in Psychology)
 • Currently studying Mindfulness at Lesley University
 • Licensed Educator through the MA Department of Early Education and Care (Teacher, Read more Lead Teacher, Director I & II)
 • 20+ years of experience caring for children from newborn through age 10 (most experience with birth–10)
 • CPR and First Aid certified My approach:
 • Spending lots of time outdoors (weather permitting, we aim to be outside most of the day)
 • Strong understanding of child development
 • Montessori and Reggio-inspired learning
 • Play-based exploration and creativity
• Compassionate communication with both children and parents Additional services:
