Claudia worked with our family for 14 months, starting when our daughter was just 3 months old, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. As first-time parents, we were unsure of so much, but Claudia not only nurtured and cared for our daughter, she also guided us through the early stages of parenthood with patience and wisdom. From the beginning, Claudia brought a wealth of experience, having previously worked in a daycare center and as a mother to two older children. She was always professional, and she kept our home organized and clean. Despite traveling from New Jersey to Manhattan daily, she was never late and always flexible with any adjustments we needed. One of Claudia’s standout qualities is her deep understanding of babies and young children. She truly loves babies, and our daughter quickly grew very attached to her. Claudia taught her to understand Spanish fluently and even helped her say her first Spanish words. Her expertise in baby nutrition was another valuable asset—she guided us on what foods to buy, prepared delicious and healthy meals for our daughter, and even surprised us occasionally by making breakfast for my wife and me. Her care extended beyond daily tasks. When our daughter was sick, Claudia provided helpful advice on how best to care for her, and she was attuned to every detail of her needs. Her thoughtfulness was evident in gestures like the birthday gift she gave our daughter—a stuffed animal that has remained her cherished companion ever since. Beyond childcare, Claudia is an all-around delightful person. From cooking to organizing and even fixing small things around the house, she has many talents. She brought such warmth and expertise to our home that saying goodbye when we transitioned our daughter to daycare was bittersweet. Claudia is professional, experienced, and reliable. We can’t imagine having navigated those critical early months without her, and we feel lucky to have had her as part of our family during that time. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her as their nanny.
