Hi! I am a 39 year old mom currently residing in Chatham, MA, and I am a Cape Cod native. I have 26 years of babysitting and nanny experience and have cared for children from newborns through the preteen years. I have also held several long term nanny positions over the years. I am the proud mom of three children, ages 6 months, 9, and 15, so I understand firsthand the different stages of childhood and the unique needs that come with each. Caring for children has always come naturally to me. I have been around babies and kids for most of my life, and I genuinely enjoy building meaningful relationships with the families I work with. I am an adventurous, nurturing, trustworthy, and patient caregiver who loves helping children learn, explore, and have fun. Whether we are playing outside, doing crafts, reading books, singing, dancing, or going on adventures, Read more I enjoy creating a safe, engaging environment where children can thrive. I previously worked for the Latham Centers children’s program in Brewster, MA, supporting children with special needs as well as emotional and behavioral challenges. I also worked in Latham’s adult program, where I gained valuable experience over 10 years. During that time, I received training in behavior management, CPR, First Aid, EpiPen administration, seizure response, medication management, and caring for children with food allergies. Even for children without special needs, I have found that this experience has made me a calmer, more confident, and adaptable caregiver. I love to cook, stay active, and keep children engaged through fun and meaningful activities. I am organized, dependable, and an excellent multitasker. While I love being silly and having fun, I also believe in consistency and will happily follow your family’s routines, rules, and parenting style. At this time, I am looking for a position that is comfortable with me bringing my 6 month old son along. I would love the opportunity to get to know your family. Please reach out if you think I might be a great fit!
