Over the past year, I worked for Jovie, a careproviding agency focused on child care. I reported to various assignments in Westchester County and New York City. I've covered families with up to four children in a home setting. I am the parent of two grown sons. I chaperoned up to five children in a setting. Often, I invited several of my children's friends to special events (trips to the science center, special dinners, a zoo visit). I am comfortable working with children. While reporting to Jovie, I was assigned to work with babies 2 to 3 months old up to 12 years. I am comfortable preparing meals, changing pampers, potty training, and light cleaning. I normally follow the schedule planned for the home. I usually bring with me art & crafts projects, coloring books, books for reading, writing, and math computation. I often remind the children I am there Read more to spend the day with them to do whatever they want. I create with the children, sing, dance and play with them in a yard or park setting. I also bring with me tutorial toys to enhance creative building. I am available to encourage practice (i.e., softball, music playing, art). CPR, First Aid, AED. Covid-19 Vaccine.
