Hi! I’m Emma! I have 11 years of childcare experience working with neurotypical and neurodivergent children ranging from infancy through early twenties. I have been a nanny for 4 years, babysitter for 9 years, aftercare school provider for 2 years, and an outpatient activity coordinator working with children for 1 year. I have a Bachelor’s degree in family and human services, and it is something I am truly passionate and knowledgeable about. I am CPR and first aid certified. I am comfortable working in a house where parents are present (work from home, hybrid work) and if there are dogs! I am reliable and will always prioritize your child's safety and cognitive/social development. I am always present with the child and always foster a fun and comfortable environment! I always will encourage limited screen time, extra time outdoors, socialization (parks, library, free classes, etc), and cognitive and developmental growth.
