Hi! My name is Tessa, and I’m an experienced childcare professional with a strong passion for working with children and helping them learn, grow, and feel supported. I’m also currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health Science, which has helped me gain an even better understanding of child development, behavior, communication, and emotional well-being. As a mom of three, I also understand firsthand how important it is to have someone you can truly trust with your children. I’m patient, dependable, caring, and comfortable balancing fun with routines and responsibilities. I enjoy planning age-appropriate activities, helping with learning and development, spending time outdoors, doing arts and crafts, and finding ways to keep children engaged without relying on screens. I would love the opportunity to become a dependable and positive part of a family’s routine while providing their children with a safe, caring, and fun environment.
