Hi everyone! My name is Kristi and I am a second year graduate student at San Francisco State University. I am studying communicative disorders and I plan on pursuing a career in speech-language pathology. I have been babysitting for about 10 years and I enjoy being with children! Some experience I have include my previous job positions as a behavioral therapist and a tutor at Kumon learning center. I volunteered at an early intervention speech clinic, which involved taking care of toddlers, such as potty training and changing diapers. I also assisted the speech pathologist by setting up various and fun activities. I currently babysit for a few families in SF and Marin county, anywhere between the ages of 18 months to 12 years. I also had a foster child, a 3 yr old boy, living with my family a couple years ago. I drove him to preschool and played Read more with him daily.

We selected Kristi for a short-notice one-evening job after checking her references thoroughly; she came highly recommended and with uniformly glowing reports. Kristi showed up on time, was friendly and personable, met our 8-y-o- child and made her comfortable very quickly, took care of her for the entire evening (7-midnight), had dinner together with her, played some games and kept her busy and engaged, put her to bed in a timely manner, and left everything clean. Our child loved her and would happily be watched by her again.

we were in town for a few days and hired Kristin to babysit our toddler. She was punctual and great with my little one. She did such a great job the first night that we asked her to come back the next night, too. I would definitely hire her again should our travel plans include another visit to SF. Thank you so much, Kristi!
