Hi! I am a fun loving emotionally intuitive young woman-- two qualities which I actively in my childcare. Like many I began my childcare experience as a teenager. Since then I have accumulated 2 years experience as a preschool teacher and a years experience as middle school level English tutor. I have also worked with elementary aged children as part of an undergraduate internship. I am more than comfortable with kids of all ages, and especially feel at home with larger groups of young children (infants included). I have taken college level coursework on childhood development and psychology, and have completed training in early childhood health and safety through PennState Extension's Better Kid Care program. I also have CPR training. Having worked in school settings I have mastered the art of taking play and entertainment beyond a screen. There's nothing more heartwarming than helping a child use their imagination, build, Read more read, create, and explore the outdoors! Needless to say, I love love love kids! If given the opportunity I would make sure your little one is safe, and warm, both inside and out.
