Hi! My name is Amy Cuevas. I have been working with children with autism and behavioral needs since 2019. I’m passionate about helping children thrive in safe, supportive, and engaging environments. For the past two years, I’ve worked as a Paraeducator in the school district, where I supported students with a wide range of abilities. Starting next school year, I’ll be stepping into a new role as an elementary autism teacher with the Sylvan Union School District—an opportunity I’m very excited about. I also have current CPR certification, and I’m trained to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations. With both professional and personal experience, I bring patience, structure, and compassion to every childcare role I take on. I truly enjoy working with children and strive to create a positive experience for both the kids and their families.
