Hi! I’m a reliable and experienced caregiver with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and several years of experience in preschool, daycare, and school settings. I began working in childcare at 18, including in a Montessori-based program, and have also worked as a paraprofessional and Registered Behavior Technician. I work especially well with children with special needs, including autism and Down syndrome, and I’m patient, calm, and attentive to individual needs. I’m able to help with homework, provide structure and engaging activities, and safely transport children as needed. I have a clear DCF background check through my current full-time role and am primarily looking for occasional or one-off babysitting opportunities, such as evenings or weekends.
