We absolutely LOVE Licda! She has been with our family six days a week for nearly two years, caring for our son Kai since he was just 6 months old. Licda is incredibly attentive and intuitive—she has consistently adapted to Kai’s needs at every stage of his development. She is patient, warm, and gentle, while also being engaging, playful, and genuinely fun. Kai has learned so much under her care, including early chores and over 100 English words. She is also exceptionally clean, respectful, and organized—our home is often tidier when she leaves than when she arrives. Licda remembers details and follows directions with great care, even over long periods of time, which speaks to her professionalism and dedication. She is reliable, punctual, and someone we trust completely with our child. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her—we cannot recommend her highly enough.
