Hi my name is Jillian, everyone calls me Jill and it just feels weird when someone calls me Jillian. So I am currently 18 and I just graduated and I'm trying to find a job babysitting working around my part time job that I have right now but don't worry I get off at four. So I would have to say that I have a very huge experience in babysitting because I didn't have the best childhood growing up so I basically had to raise myself and my little sister at a very young age. I moved out of my parents home at age 15 to live with my aunt and she just recently had her second child at that time. I helped my Aunt raise him and his brother but PayPay specifically changed me to be more patient and understanding and I had to be very creative when it came to helping teach him. You see he has a speech impediment that is pretty complicated. He can't say some things or letters and that makes it very difficult to understand him however I do with ease. I just look at body language and I think of what he likes and I try to put the pieces together of what he wants and then I get it.
