My name is Mashayla, and I am an 18-year-old student-athlete originally from Tallahassee, Florida. I currently attend Fort Valley State University, where I continue to pursue my academic and athletic career as a volleyball player. Outside of volleyball, I have always had a passion for working with children, which started in early high school when I helped run summer volleyball programs and enjoyed creating a fun, encouraging environment for younger athletes. Through my experiences as a Child Care Assistant at Mrs. Micha’s Child Care LLC, I have gained hands-on experience supervising and caring for children in a safe, organized, and positive setting. I have also worked as an Assistant Volleyball Coach for a 16U team, where I helped guide, encourage, and communicate with young athletes while building strong relationships with both players and parents. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and I bring patience, responsibility, reliability, and a positive Read more attitude to every environment I am in. As a student-athlete, I understand the importance of discipline, teamwork, and being a role model. I would love the opportunity to provide a fun, safe, and supportive experience for your children while helping them learn, grow, and feel cared for.
