Why do you love being a sitter? I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy working with children and being part of their growth and development. After more than 25 years of working with children, I still find it rewarding to build meaningful connections with them, learn about their individual personalities and interests, and create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel comfortable and cared for. I am patient, dependable, nurturing, organized, and comfortable handling the everyday responsibilities that come with caring for children. I also have extensive professional experience working with families and understand the importance of clear communication and building trust with parents and caregivers. My years in childcare leadership have provided me with a strong understanding of health and safety practices, classroom management, child development, and maintaining a safe, supportive environment for children.
