I am a college student at the University of Mississippi, and I have experience working with children as a camp counselor and by helping care for my younger cousin. I have always enjoyed being around children and love creating a fun, safe, and positive environment for them. As a camp counselor, I learned to be responsible, patient, and attentive to children’s needs while also making sure they had a good time. I enjoyed planning activities, helping children participate, and making sure everyone felt included and comfortable. I have also gained valuable experience by helping take care of my cousin. This has taught me how important it is to be dependable, caring, and patient when working with children. I enjoy playing with kids, helping them learn new things, and being someone they can feel comfortable around.
