Sylvia was very responsible, energetic, and present with our two daughters. We were very lucky to find her to help us out with a few weeks of short-term nanny support during the pandemic before our kids went back to daycare/preschool, and I felt that our daughters were safe and cared for with her. She is very good at arts and crafts, and did a lot of art projects with my older daughter. She has many years of experience as a parent and a caregiver, and offered clear, frequent advice about parenting and raising children. Her skill set could fit especially well for new parents in a traditional family setting who are looking for someone to help them with specific parenting approaches and early infant routines. Sylvia was very professional, reliable, and worked very hard. She was also very flexible and patient with our temporary nanny needs, and we really appreciate her help while we were navigating work/family pandemic uncertainty.

Sylvia was not only caring and thoughtful with our 16 month old, she took the time to understand his needs and went above and beyond to ensure our sons needs were met and our requests were acknowledged. Sylvia was very easy to work with as we needed short term nanny work in Los Angeles, and we ended up taking her back to San Francisco with us for another 2 weeks. We in Italy did a zoom interview and she took the time to come meet with us where we were staying. She has over 20 years experience caring for children of all ages and she knows exactly what to do when any situation arises. Her experience was apparent on day one as she was an expert with changing, feeding, and entertainment for our son. I have worked with nannies in the past but Sylvia was far more caring than anyone we’ve worked with and her years of experience showed in her work. I highly recommend Sylvia and will be using her services every time we come back to Los Angeles. I would love to have her with us full time :)

Sylvia is a wonderful nanny. Her years of experience shows with the way she cares for your baby. She was so sweet and loving to our child. When we needed her in a hurry, she came running.
