Hi, my name is Miranda! I just completed my BS of Psychology and am currently a special needs swim instructor. I have been in childcare since I was a teenager and am super passionate about it. I love to actively spend time with the children I work with and take every opportunity as one for possible growth for both me and the kids! I have worked as Paraprofessional with Lucia Mar Unified School District, a nanny, a swim instructor, and have worked with kids with all types of physical and mental disabilities. I am CPR certified, First Aid Certified, and Crisis Prevention Instruction Certified. I also have experience with administering medicine, students with PTSD and other behavioral/emotional disorders, education and tutoring up to the middle school level, and toileting needs. I like to spend structured and fun time while babysitting and am always respectful of prenatal wishes and goals.
