I love being a sitter because I have a real passion for kids. Their energy, curiosity, and honesty are refreshing, and I enjoy being a part of their growth and development. In 11th grade, I took a “Teaching as a Profession” class where I learned a lot about children their behavior, needs, and how to support their learning and emotional development. Most of my experience comes from being the go-to babysitter in my family. I’ve babysat my baby cousins regularly from 2020 to 2023, so I’ve had hands-on experience with infants and young children. While I haven’t had formal training, I’ve always been a natural with kids. I’m very dedicated, responsible, and attentive. I believe patience, communication, and genuine care are the most important skills a sitter can have and those are qualities I bring every time I’m with a child.
