Hello! My name is Caroline, and caring for children has been one of the biggest joys and passions in my life. I love creating a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I have over five years of experience working with children in a variety of settings. I was a full-time nanny for three years, caring for two children beginning at ages one and three. In that role, I provided daily childcare, prepared meals and snacks, put the children down for naps, transported them to activities, kept the home tidy, washed dishes, completed children’s laundry, and helped maintain an organized household. After nannying, I taught overseas at a Christian school, working with elementary and middle school students. I also worked closely with children with autism, learning disabilities, developmental delays, and social-emotional needs, helping provide individualized support and encouragement. My background includes experience with positive behavior support, working with children with diverse learning needs, creating routines, and building strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents.
