Hi! My name is Amanda, and I’m a responsible, energetic, and compassionate sitter currently pursuing a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Business Administration at North Carolina State University. I bring several years of hands-on experience working with children of all ages. I served as a Summer Camp Counselor and Summer Camp Director with the City of Raleigh Parks and Recreation, where I managed programming for over 100 campers and supervised multiple counselors. In these roles, I created engaging activity schedules, led arts and crafts, sports, and field trips, and ensured a safe, structured, and fun environment for every child. In addition, I currently work as a Substitute Teacher with the Wake County Public School System. This experience has strengthened my classroom management skills, adaptability, and ability to support children with different learning styles and needs.
