Hi, I’m Carol. I’m seeking my next nanny opportunity with a wonderful family. I’m a kind, compassionate, and caring person born in Brazil. As the oldest of my siblings, caregiving has always been a part of my day-to-day. So, naturally, I turned to childcare as a profession since I came to the US in 2019 through an exchange program. My background caring for infants, toddlers, preschooler and school-aged child. I've worked with some different families on both long and short terms, adapting to the families routines and helping the kids development according to their ages and abilities. I’m looking forward to finding the next family that I’ll be working with long-term. The ideal job would be between 30-45 hours a week, 4 or 5 days a week. We have been so lucky to work with Caroline! She initially helped us for a few weeks between our girls' (2.5yo and 4yo) summer camps and school restarting and we have since continued to work with her regularly for school holidays, date nights and more. She is great with our girls and they both are very excited when we we tell them they get to spend the day with her. She is so easy to work with, always timely and communicative and often goes above and beyond our asks, helping with food prep and household cleaning when she has down moments in the day. She's also been great about communicating with our girls' friends to set up play dates, which is again above and beyond our ask!

Caroline is a wonderful sitter. She is very pro-active and really helped my family out in a last minute pinch. She is trustworthy, kind and has taken care of our pre-schooler exceptionally well these past few times we have relied on her for after-camp care in the afternoon. She did a little bit of light housekeeping as well, with laundry for our daughter. We have really enjoyed our interactions with her and our daughter has been delighted as well. We get a lot of positive feedback. We will continue to rely on her and recommend her to any family with young children.
