Hello! I’m Ana Regina Gonzalez, an early childhood educator with over 3 years of experience working with toddlers and preschool-aged children, and 5 years of overall childcare experience. I hold a Child Development Associate Teacher Permit and have worked in a school setting for over 3 years. I believe children learn best through play and meaningful interactions. I create an environment where curiosity, exploration, and trial and error are embraced, helping children build resilience and confidence. My approach focuses on positive discipline, encouraging thoughtful choices and self-expression, while ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and supported. I work full-time M-F from 7:45 am to 4:15 pm, but I’m available for babysitting in the evenings starting at 5 pm, as well as weekends, with flexible hours.
