I have been a babysitter for 9 years, I’m a very calm and compassionate person and I’m very aware of my surroundings so I always make sure the children that will be in my care are protected and safe. I am also fun although kids have routines I keep them on it but I throw new events and activities in there day so they feel like they can come to me for help with whatever they need to build trust I will let them work up the courage to do it at there own pace I never make them feel like they have to like me as there babysitter I don’t cross personal boundaries I would obviously change dirty undergarments for the baby but I don’t interact with the children as if there my own so nothing to worry about there.
