Hello! My name is Alyssa and I am 20 years old. I am a Bioengineering student at the University of Pittsburgh. I have been babysitting/nannying since I was 16 years old. I grew up around my younger sister and two younger cousins. Throughout high school, I would constantly care for them (make meals, driving, help with homework) during vacations and on weekends. I have worked in restaurants since I was 16, so I am very used to cooking meals! Looking after them as well as recently babysitting for my 18 month-old nephew truly reinforced the love I have for caring for children. I relate to children very well and I enjoy spending time with them doing the simplest activities (whether that be taking hike, swimming, cooking, or watching movies).
