I have almost 15 years experience in caring for children. For 5 years I ran my own in home child care. My other experiences come from woking in various child care centers. Most recently I was working in a child care center called FAA/DOT CDC until it closed. When working with children, I provide a safe and healthy learning environment. Even within the safe learning environment, I am constantly assessing to ensure that the environment continues to remain safe. I love to assists in the children's development, physically, intellectually, emotionally, and socially through creating activities/lesson plans geared towards them meeting their developmental milestones. I encourage the children to participate through music, dancing, guided play, free play, planned activities, gross motor play, fine motor play, story telling, and through the child's natural interests.
