I am a 20-year-old caregiver with hands-on experience working with children in both clinical and community settings. I have worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for 6+ months, where I supported children with behavioral and developmental needs using structured, positive strategies. In addition, I have volunteer experience mentoring children, helping them build confidence, social skills, and academic support. I also worked for with a nonprofit organization focused on youth development, where I supported children in group activities and enrichment programs.
