Hello, my name is Breana! I have always had a passion of caring for children and teaching little ones since I could remember. I have over 7 years of childcare experience. Those years including time spent as babysitter/nanny, early childhood educator, children’s ministry leader, early head start program teacher, preschool teacher (infant- preschool). In terms of my education,I have a background in family and child development as well as nursing. I am CPR and first aid certificated with my BLS and special certification of NRP (fancy abbreviation that means I am certified to perform the very specific type of CPR on premature babies and newborns.) I am also looking at getting my certification to be a certified lactation consultant within the next few months. Now, when spending time with kiddos, I LOVE to help support them development by planning age appropriate activities, participating in child led play, encouraging the children Read more to explore their environment, and planning outdoor activities for the kiddos. I also love to make time for reading, music, and a walk around the neighbor if the weather allows. Another thing that I LOVE to do is help families develop routines that work best for them and their children. This routine is one I will also follow to help keep the children in a consistent routine!
