Hi there! My name is Ashley! I am looking to work with a wonderful family and be a great addition to the team! I am a mother myself to a 10 year old, and I know it really does take a village and teamwork when it comes to raising a child. As long as I can remember I have always had a strong passion to work with children. Through the years I have worked as a nanny, baby sitter, and teacher. All of these experiences have brought me so much joy. I have also taken Early Childhood Education college courses, and like to apply my knowledge when working with children. I truly enjoy working with children and being a positive part of their upbringing/development. A few words my friends, family, and coworkers would use to describe me are loving, caring, nurturing, friendly, outgoing, and hardworking. I hope to be of Read more help to a family soon! I look forward to connecting with you!

Ashley worked as a part-time nanny for our one year old son, Langston for about three months and we truly appreciated getting to know her and work with her. She was always kind and playful with our son and with our senior dog. She also completed helpful tasks (like putting away Langston’s clothes and cleaning up after meals and playtime) after naps and made helpful suggestions regarding sleep training and learning activities based on her experience with other families and as a fellow mom. We, unfortunately, had some scheduling challenges on both ends due to unforeseen circumstances and have had to rethink our care plans so we never got a chance to get in a good rhythm but we appreciated her efforts and our time with such a sweet and caring person all the same.

Ashley has been an amazing, caring, engaging, loving and thoughtful nanny to my child since she was 5 months old. I very strongly recommend Ashley for any nanny or childcare position. My child loves Ashley, is always so happy to see her and spend time with her. That in itself is the best outcome I could ask for. Ashley has been working five days a week, full days, with my child for over half a year. She's attentive to my child's physical and emotional needs, speaks to her in a way that supports her growing independence, and engages at an age-appropriate level. Working from home, I've seen firsthand Ashley play with, read to, sing to, and guide her with such patience and genuine warmth. It's been such a positive experience, and so reassuring to entrust my child to Ashley and see them build such a great relationship. On the safety side, Ashley is always very careful in monitoring my child, and aware of all the standards for infant safety. She's very experienced with all the stages of development, and what is appropriate to support my child learning new skills. She also has preschool teaching experience to boot! As my first time hiring someone this way, Ashley was very flexible about any direction we had, as well as changes along the way as we learned. She offers thoughtful advice, and is always willing to tackle things we ask of her for my child. She's responsible and honest, very communicative and adapts well to different communication mediums. She was gracious and forgiving about bumps in the road, and just overall shows a lot of integrity. She's on time, flexible during the day to any needs that pop up, and works really hard. She's had experience with other families in a nanny and caregiving role too, so we felt comfortable from the get-go with her knowledge and familiarity in the situation. I spoke to multiple references, who only had praise for Ashley. From my own experience as well, I would highly recommend Ashley. And on a personal note, she's been a joy to get to know.
