Hi! My name is Haley, and I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a focus on children and families. I have over five years of hands-on childcare experience and a deep passion for supporting children’s emotional, social, and behavioral development. My background includes working in a variety of settings, such as a daycare center, a Montessori school with kindergartners, and currently at the Boys and Girls Club of Lawrence, where I work with children in grades K–5. Throughout my career, I’ve prioritized creating warm, safe, and engaging environments that allow children to feel heard, supported, and respected. I bring a strong foundation in empathy and understanding from my counseling training, and I balance that with a consistent, structured approach that encourages healthy routines and positive behavior.
