Greetings! I began babysitting at the age of 15, but transitioned to nannying during my second semester in college and have continued nannying since graduating. Prior to the transition, I also worked at D. Bradley McWilliams YMCA as an Infant & Toddler Supervisor, and at a pediatric clinic that focused on children with special needs as a Rehabilitation Technician. Being the eldest out of 5 children has also given me vast experience in children's needs and creating structured activities/schedules to promote milestone-skills. I graduated from Sam Houston State University in 2015 with a double major in Kinesiology for Pediatric Physical Therapy and Developmental Psychology, and a minor in Health & Nutrition. As part of my practicum, I was required to create schedules for differently-abled children. I am BLS certified (CPR/AED), fluent in English & Spanish, and planning on becoming ASL (American Sign Language) certified. Pets are always a plus for Read more me! Up to date on all vaccines! Although my pay rate is set at $18/hour per child, I am open to a fixed pay rate regardless of the number of children. I promise I am not a greedy person! This may be helpful to someone. I was searching for a nanny, I liked Neida's profile and her message when responding to my job posting. I scheduled a phone interview, however, when I called at the scheduled time, she didn't answer and her voicemail wasn't set up so I couldn't leave a message. I sent her a message on Sittercity just in case I got the number wrong, however she never responded.
