I’m an experienced educator and a mom of two daughters, now 15 and 21, so caring for children has been a big part of both my personal and professional life for many years. I worked as a K–5 teacher, where I loved creating a warm, engaging environment and connecting with children through learning, creativity, art, storytelling, and play. I’ve also worked with children and families in community education settings and as a private tutor. As a sitter, I’m warm, patient, creative, and dependable. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children and getting to know their individual personalities. I’m comfortable helping with homework, preparing simple meals, doing arts and crafts, reading, playing games, and keeping children engaged. Most of all, I enjoy creating a relaxed, caring environment where children can feel comfortable being themselves.
