I am a college student, who is studying to become a social worker. I love being a sitter because I enjoy spending time with children and helping them feel safe, happy, and cared for. I enjoy playing games, helping with activities, and being someone children can trust and feel comfortable around. I do have a drivers license and a car. While I am new to being a paid sitter, I have over 8 years of hands on childcare experience through babysitting my younger siblings and cousins. During that time, I helped with daily routines, prepared simple meals and snacks, supervised playtime, assisted with homework, and made sure the children were safe and well cared for. Caring for multiple children of different ages has taught me patience, responsibility, and the importance of being attentive to each child's needs. My skills include communication, patience, reliability, organization, and problem-solving. I am comfortable following Read more family routines and instructions, and I always prioritize safety. My experience has given me the confidence to provide a positive, supportive, and nurturing environment where children can have fun while parents have peace of mind.
