I have worked as a freelance babysitter off and on for several years. I also worked as a Sunday school teachers assistant and a daycare assistant from 2024 through 2025 with children aged 4-6. As a daycare assistant I helped design activities for the children to help them developed creative and motor skills. I love working with children, especially to help them develop creatively. My strategy towards working with children has always been to never treat them as lesser than me. Although children are not fully developed emotionally and mentally, they are still full human beings. I have had a lot of success through speaking to and interacting with children as I would adults, while still exercising authority to keep them out of trouble.
