I love being a sitter because caring for children brings me joy and a sense of purpose. I truly enjoy connecting with children listening to their stories, supporting their imagination, and creating a safe and loving space where they feel seen and valued.My journey as a caregiver started at home. I helped raise my three younger siblings from the time they were babies, and I took on many responsibilities, including feeding, bathing, helping with schoolwork, and planning fun and educational activities. That hands-on experience gave me a strong foundation in understanding children’s needs and routines. In addition to caring for my siblings, I’ve also provided childcare for other families in my community, both part-time and occasionally, with children of different ages. I studied Early Childhood Education for one year, where I learned about child development, age-appropriate learning, positive discipline, and emotional support strategies.
